Does fitbit track sleep?

I'm trying to improve my overall health and one area is my sleep. My friend said her Fitbit helps her understand her sleep better. Does Fitbit track sleep metrics like light, deep, and REM sleep, and give insights?

Haan, it tracks sleep, but looking at my pathetic sleep score every morning actually makes me more tired! It is a good feature though. It clearly shows my late-night movie sessions are ruining my health.

It definitely tracks sleep, auto-detecting when you drift off and when you wake up. It uses accelerometers and heart rate variability to give you a detailed breakdown. It is a reliable tool for tracking daily lifestyle patterns.

Yes, it tracks sleep quite accurately. For a busy schedule, looking at the weekly sleep trends on the app is very helpful to adjust your schedule. Just make sure the device is fully charged before bed.

Yes, it tracks sleep beautifully. My wife told me to just drink herbal tea for sleep, but my cardiologist recommended monitoring my actual sleep hours on a tracker like this to make sure my body is getting proper rest.

It tracks it, yes, but please don't panic if you see a lot of 'awake' minutes. I used to get so stressed thinking I was waking up 20 times a night, but then I learned small movements are normal. It is a helpful tool, just don't over-analyse every minute!

Oh absolutely, it tracks sleep so well that it even catches my afternoon 'quick 5-minute' naps that somehow last for three hours! Don't worry, it is very easy to use, just wear it and crash.
