Does fitbit monitor sleep?

My sleep quality has been really poor lately, and I want to understand my patterns better. I'm looking into getting a Fitbit. Do Fitbits monitor sleep accurately, showing different sleep stages and disturbances?

I totally get it, tracking sleep becomes so important when you feel tired all day. Fitbit does monitor sleep automatically when you go to bed. It really helped me realise how little deep sleep I was actually getting.

Honestly, I used to feel so anxious and exhausted every morning not knowing why I was so tired. When I started monitoring it on my tracker, it validated my struggle by showing how often I woke up. It felt like a relief to see actual proof of my restless nights.

Yes, Fitbit monitors sleep cycles quite comprehensively using movement and heart rate. However, please remember it is just a consumer electronic device. If you suspect you have sleep apnea or chronic insomnia, a doctor's advice is always best.

It monitors sleep, yes, but please be careful. I relied on my tracker for months while feeling extremely fatigued, only to later find out I had severe vitamin deficiencies and sleep issues. If you are constantly exhausted, go see a doctor for a proper checkup.

These modern watches do monitor sleep, children use it in our house. But along with these machines, drink a cup of warm turmeric milk at night. It is our traditional way to relax the body and get natural, peaceful rest.

Yes, it tracks sleep stages perfectly. I noticed my sleep quality on the tracker improves drastically when I finish my vegetarian dinner by 7:30 PM. Heavy meals late at night always show up as high restlessness on the app.

Yes beta, it monitors your sleep quite well. But along with tracking, try soaking your feet in warm water before sleeping and massage some mustard oil on your soles. It really helps you get that deep sleep the app talks about.
