Does facet joint pain go away?

I've been dealing with a nagging pain in my lower back, and the doctor said it's related to my facet joints. It's really bothering me. I wanted to know if this kind of pain usually goes away on its own or if it's something I'll have to manage long-term?

I have been dealing with mild back issues along with my blood pressure for years now. I noticed that when my lifestyle is active and I manage my weight, the joint pain stays completely under control. Do get a proper checkup done first to see the exact cause, and keep an eye on your general health too.

Yes, it absolutely can improve, but you have to be patient with your body. For me, regular core exercises and avoiding sitting in one place for too long made a huge difference. Don't lose hope, but do consult a good physiotherapist who can guide you with the right movements.

Look, it doesn't just magically vanish overnight if you keep doing the same things. You need to actively fix your posture, especially if you have a desk job like me. Go see a specialist, get an MRI if they suggest it, and start rehab instead of hoping it will go away on its own.

My uncle had this facet joint scene recently because of heavy lifting. It took him like a month of physio and taking proper rest to feel normal again. Don't stress too much, just give your back some rest and don't do any crazy gym workouts for now.

I had this back issue last year and honestly, with my busy schedule, I couldn't do long therapy sessions. What worked was getting an ergonomic chair for office and doing 10 minutes of targeted stretching every morning. It takes a few weeks to show results, so stay consistent.

Don't listen to people online selling random oils or magic cures for spine issues. Facet joint pain can happen due to wear and tear, and only an orthopedic doctor can tell you the actual condition. Get a proper clinical diagnosis before trying any home stretches.

With facet joint issues, the inflammation usually comes and goes in episodes. Applying heat packs when it feels stiff and ice packs after any strain helps quieten the nerves. If the pain is severe or spreading down your legs, please get it checked by a doc immediately.
