Does exercise reduce cancer risk?

My doctor always emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle for preventing various diseases, including cancer. I try to walk daily. Can regular exercise significantly reduce the overall risk of developing cancer?

Haan na, it definitely reduces the risk quite a bit. Active rahne se immunity strong hoti hai, ho na? My family doctor always says that sitting whole day at desk is very bad for health. Just do 30 mins of walk daily, that is also enough.

Honestly, I work out just so I can eat my favorite kachoris guilt-free! But keeping fat levels down through cardio actually cuts down a lot of risk factors for these big diseases. It's a win-win situation if you ask me.

As someone managing high blood pressure for ten years, I can tell you lifestyle is everything. Exercise helps control inflammation and keeps blood circulation healthy, which naturally keeps risks low. But along with workouts, regular full-body health checkups are a must.

It really does help! My mom's gynecologist told us that regular exercise keeps hormones balanced, which lowers the risk of breast and ovarian cancer. You don't have to lift heavy weights; even daily cycling or dynamic yoga works wonders.

Yes, absolutely! Regular physical activity helps lower insulin levels and boosts your immune cells to fight off abnormal growth. From what I see in my line of work, active patients always have better metabolic markers. Just try to get 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week.
