Does exercise help sleep?

I often struggle to get a good night's sleep, always tossing and turning. Many people suggest exercising to improve sleep quality. I wanted to know if doing regular physical activity really helps you sleep better.

Yes, absolutely. A good workout physically tires you out so you fall asleep much faster at night.

Hamare yahan toh log din bhar khet mein kaam karte hain aur raat ko chain ki neend sote hain. Staying physically active during the day is the best natural remedy for deep sleep.

I have been struggling to sleep for past few weeks and want to try working out. Should I exercise in the morning or evening for better results? If anyone has tried this, please let me know.

Ji bilkul, daily evening walks or light yoga will relax your mind and body. Just make sure you do not do heavy exercise right before bedtime, otherwise, the body stays too excited to sleep.

Yes, totally! A nice sweat session during the day works like a charm. You will sleep like a baby at night, just give it a try from tomorrow!

Regular physical activity helps reset your body's internal clock and reduces anxiety, which is the main cause of insomnia. Try to get at least 20-30 minutes of light movement daily, preferably before sunset.
