Does exercise decrease cancer risk?

My father recently got diagnosed with cancer, which has made me think more about preventative measures. I try to stay active, but I'm wondering if regular exercise really makes a difference in reducing the risk of cancer.

While exercise is excellent for overall health, it is not a magic cure or a complete shield against cancer. Always discuss your personal risk factors and screening schedules with an oncologist.

Regular exercise helps control weight, balances hormones, and boosts the immune system, all of which are key factors in lowering cancer risk. Pair it with a clean diet for the best results.
