Does excedrin help with back pain?

My back has been really troubling me lately, especially after long hours at the office desk. Someone at work suggested Excedrin for the pain. I wanted to check if it actually helps with back issues.

Honestly, please be very careful before popping painkillers like Excedrin for back pain. I took random pills for my back last year and ended up with severe acidity and stomach pain that took weeks to cure. Better to get your back checked by an orthopedic doctor first rather than self-medicating.

Why are you asking people on the internet about medicines like Excedrin? It has caffeine and other active ingredients which might not even be meant for back issues. Don't trust what works for someone else, just ask your family doctor and take what they suggest.

Since I have high blood pressure, my doc strictly told me to avoid random over-the-counter pills like Excedrin as they can spike BP. I now focus on lifestyle changes, light walking, and regular checkups to manage my aches. Always get your BP checked before trying any new pain relief pills.

Beta, these heavy English medicines have too many heat effects on the body. For mild back stiffness, a warm mustard oil massage with garlic can do wonders. But if the pain is severe or radiating down your legs, don't do home remedies, go see a doctor immediately.

I feel you, back pain can make daily life so tough. I tried so many painkillers and hot water bags, but what actually helped long term was simple stretching and correcting my sitting posture. Instead of relying on Excedrin, try sleeping on a firm mattress and doing mild back exercises after consulting a physio.

I used to get bad back and joint pain and thought it was just muscle fatigue, but it turned out my thyroid levels were totally off. If you are having chronic back pain, please get your routine blood tests and thyroid profile checked. Don't just mask the pain with Excedrin without finding the real root cause.
