Does everyone have mental health issues?

Lately, I've been feeling quite stressed and anxious. It seems like a lot of my friends are also dealing with some kind of emotional struggle. Does everyone have mental health issues at some point in their lives?

No, not everyone has clinical mental health issues, but everyone definitely goes through emotional ups and downs at some point.

While not everyone has a diagnosed disorder, anxiety and stress are incredibly common now. Having dealt with clinical anxiety myself, I found that daily journaling and speaking to a therapist changed everything. Don't hesitate to seek professional help if things get heavy.

I recently finished therapy for mild depression, and it made me realize how common these struggles are. Not everyone has a mental health condition, but so many people are quietly fighting their own battles. Seeking timely support is the best thing you can do.

I agree, life can get overwhelming for anyone. Just sharing your thoughts with a trusted friend can sometimes relieve a lot of pressure.

Not everyone faces this, but as a parent, I saw my teenager go through severe academic anxiety. It is very real and needs patience, love, and professional counseling rather than ignoring it. Please support your loved ones if they show signs of struggle.
