Does everybody have cancer cells?

I heard someone say that everyone actually has cancer cells in their body, but they don't always become a problem. Is that true, or is it a misconception?

Haan na, human bodies are constantly making new cells, and sometimes abnormal ones are created. But our immune system is very smart and kills them naturally. So don't worry, it doesn't mean we have the disease.

I was reading some posts online and got really confused about this. Does this mean our regular blood tests can detect these damaged cells, or are they only caught if someone actually gets sick? I'm sorry if this is a silly question.

No need to worry at all! Our immune system is like a super-smart security guard that kicks out the bad cells immediately. Stay happy and healthy! 🌸

I used to lose sleep over this exact same thought, thinking there are cancer cells floating inside me right now! But my doctor told me it's just normal cell division errors that get fixed automatically. It is totally fine, try not to overthink it.

Having gone through cancer treatment myself, I discussed this thoroughly with my oncologist. Everyone has micro-mutations, but that is not the same as having cancer. Keep your immunity up and don't let fear take over.

No, that's just a common internet myth. We all produce mutated or damaged cells daily, but our immune system immediately destroys them. Actual cancer only happens when that defense system fails, so don't stress over random WhatsApp forwards.

I understand how scary this sounds, but it is just natural cell turnover. Drinking warm green tea and eating antioxidants like berries and amla helps our body naturally clear out any cellular waste. Stay calm.

Oh, don't stress too much about this! Our bodies are incredibly strong and know how to clean up faulty cells on their own. Just focus on happy thoughts and eating your veggies!

Biologically, our bodies have cell mutations happening all the time, but the immune system clears them out via apoptosis. It's totally different from having cancer. Keeping your fitness score high and body active keeps your immunity sharp.

Haan, log WhatsApp pe kuch bhi share kar dete hain aur hum darr jaate hain, na. The body naturally repairs or discards any bad cells every second. So don't worry, your body is doing its job perfectly.

Mutated cells are normal, but a healthy lifestyle keeps them from multiplying. Just like I manage my BP with regular walks and doctor checkups, taking care of your basic health is the best defense against any disease.

Beta, abnormal cells are produced in everyone due to stress and poor lifestyle, but a strong body fights them off. Eating fresh turmeric and amla daily helps keep your natural immunity strong. Keep your lifestyle pure and healthy.
