Does erectile dysfunction go away?

Been dealing with erectile dysfunction for some time now, and it's really affecting my confidence. I'm wondering if this is a permanent issue, or can erectile dysfunction sometimes go away on its own or with lifestyle changes?

My partner went through this due to extreme work stress and it completely went away once we started taking evening walks together to decompress. Just be supportive and encourage him to eat healthy and relax.

It absolutely goes away in most cases, especially if it is lifestyle-related. Focus on cardio workouts to improve blood circulation, cut down on smoking/alcohol, and lift some weights. Physical fitness fixes a lot of these issues naturally.

I totally get it, this can feel incredibly heavy to carry around and can hurt your self-esteem. But please know that it is highly treatable and often temporary. Talk to a professional, they see this every single day.

I have been dealing with this for a month now and it is making me super anxious. Does it really go away permanently, or is it something I will have to manage forever? I'd love to hear from anyone who recovered.

Bro, it definitely goes away, so chill out. I had it last year when I was totally stressed about my exams. Once I got a grip on my anxiety and started sleeping 8 hours, everything went back to normal.

Whether it goes away depends entirely on the root cause. If it is psychological or lifestyle-based, yes; if it is due to diabetes or arterial blockages, it requires medical management. Please get a clinical assessment done to find the cause.

I just recovered from this recently after visiting a specialist. It turned out to be a simple side effect of some BP medication I was taking. The doctor changed my prescription, and the issue was gone within a week.

Yes, it is highly treatable and often goes away completely with lifestyle changes or medical help.

Honestly, my energy levels are so low from sleep deprivation that even basic standing is a struggle sometimes. Yes, it goes away once you stop treating your body like a 24/7 machine. Sleep and rest are magical healers.

At my age, I have seen many friends worry about this needlessly. It is a very normal bodily phase that usually resolves with proper medical guidance and peace of mind. Don't let your mind think it is the end of the road.

Beta, don't lose hope. Eating clean, home-cooked food, keeping a calm mind, and practicing yoga can strengthen your body naturally. Consult a good doctor alongside to ensure there are no underlying health issues.

Actually, it is not a permanent disease, yaar. Most of the time it is just stress or bad lifestyle habits catching up. Just fix your sleep, limit the drinks, and you will see a huge change.
