Does dyshidrotic eczema spread?

I have dyshidrotic eczema on my palm, and I'm worried about it spreading to other parts of my body. It's already quite uncomfortable where it is. Does dyshidrotic eczema spread easily, or does it usually stay localized?

Haan, it feels like it is spreading when new blisters appear next to the old ones, na. But don't worry, it is not contagious at all, so it won't spread to other people. Just keep your hands clean and try not to scratch them.

I totally get it, when you see those tiny itchy bumps popping up in new spots on your fingers, it can be really scary. But thankfully, it only affects the hands and feet and doesn't spread to the rest of your body. Hang in there, it will settle down soon.

The blisters don't spread through contact like an infection, but excessive sweat during heavy gym workouts can trigger new flares on your palms. Make sure you wipe your hands dry and avoid direct contact with rough metal barbells when you have an active flare-up.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! It is just a localized skin reaction, so it is not going to spread to your face or body. Just chill, keep a good moisturizer handy, and stop staring at your hands every five minutes!

Haan na, it looks so bad when it starts appearing on other fingers, we feel like it is spreading everywhere. But actually, it is just our skin reacting to something, it is not an infection that we can pass to others. Just apply doctor's ointment and keep hands dry, ho na.

It definitely doesn't spread from person to person, so you can still share a plate of pani puri with your friends! It only flares up on your own palms and soles, usually due to stress or allergies. Just eat well and keep your hands clean!

My mother suggested applying coconut oil to soothe the skin, which helps with the dryness. However, since the blisters can sometimes form closely together making it look like it is spreading, it is best to consult your dermatologist for a proper steroid cream to control the flare.

Actually, I noticed a tiny blister on my toe yesterday after having them on my fingers for a week. Can it travel from hands to feet, or is it just starting there separately? I am a bit confused.
