Does dose work for liver health?

My family keeps telling me to take some 'desi nuskha' for my liver, calling it a 'dose'. I'm not sure if it's effective. Do these special 'doses' really work to improve liver health, especially at my age?

I don't think anyone has the time to experiment with these fancy drinks in a busy schedule. If you want real liver health, just do a basic master health checkup once a year and avoid processed food. It takes less time and actually keeps you healthy.

I just recovered from mild fatty liver grade 1 last month. Honestly, I didn't take any of these expensive cleanses. My doctor put me on a simple daily walk routine, asked me to lose 4 kgs, and prescribed one multivitamin. My reports are completely normal now.

As someone managing high blood pressure for ten years, I know there are no shortcuts to organ health. You have to monitor your diet, do regular blood tests, and cut salt and oil. These fancy doses won't help if your overall lifestyle is not correct.

I can completely understand how worrying it is when you are constantly anxious about your liver health. It makes us want to buy every remedy we see online. Please don't stress, just consult a good doctor and they will put your mind at ease.

Suno, yeh sab marketing ka khel hai. No bottled juice can clean your liver if you are eating junk every day. Save your hard-earned money, drink normal water, eat green vegetables, and sleep on time. Simple as that.

I totally get it, we all want a quick and easy solution when it comes to our health. But our bodies are complex and need proper care. It is always safer to trust advice from a doctor rather than relying on internet trends.

Why spend 1000 rupees on these fancy bottles when you have ginger, lemon, and warm water at home? My grandmother always used to say that simple, home-cooked food is the best medicine for the stomach and liver. Try that for a month first.
