Does dose liver cleanse really work?

I've been seeing a lot of ads for 'liver cleanse doses' that promise to detox your liver and improve health. I'm wondering if these things actually have any scientific backing. Do 'liver cleanse doses' truly work, or are they just a marketing gimmick?

Honestly, there is no solid scientific evidence that these liver cleanse drinks do anything magical. Our liver is actually quite efficient at detoxing itself naturally if we eat clean and drink water. Before buying these expensive supplements, it is always better to ask a proper hepatologist or family doctor.

Our bodies have beautiful natural healing powers if we just give them some rest and positive energy. Instead of relying on packaged cleanses, try eating simple ghar ka khana and drinking warm water with a bit of lemon. Just stay happy and take care of your health daily, everything will align.

I fell into this liver cleanse trap last year after seeing some social media ads. Honestly, it is just a waste of money and did absolutely nothing for my liver reports. Real difference only came when I cut down on fried foods, started walking daily, and took normal doctor-prescribed medicine.

I totally get it, when we are worried about our health, we want to try whatever is trending online to feel better. But please don't fall for these marketing gimmicks too quickly. It is much safer to save your money and check with a doctor first.
