Does diabetes cause inflammation?

My doctor told me I have pre-diabetes. I've also been feeling some general body aches and swelling sometimes, which makes me feel tired. Does diabetes usually cause overall inflammation in the body?

Haan na, high sugar levels se body mein internal swelling aur pain hone lagta hai. Mere hath-paon mein hamesha halka dard rehta tha jab sugar jada thi. Apne khane-peene par dhyan dena bohot zaroori ho jata hai ismein.

I have high BP and diabetes, and both cause chronic inflammation in the blood vessels. Regular checkups and keeping a clean lifestyle are necessary to stop this. Do get your CRP levels checked if your doctor advises it.

Yes, diabetes creates a lot of heat and inflammation in our tissues. Along with your regular medications, practicing deep breathing like Pranayama daily helps reduce stress hormones, which naturally cools down the body's inflammatory response.

Uncontrolled glucose produces inflammatory cytokines in our body. I am very careful about avoiding processed foods, refined flour, and sugars because they immediately worsen this inflammation. Focus on anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and walnuts.
