Does diabetes cause cramps in legs?

I frequently get painful cramps in my legs, especially at night. I've been a diabetic for over ten years now. Is it possible that diabetes causes leg cramps?

Yes, leg cramps are quite common due to high sugar and dehydration. Please don't worry too much, keeping yourself well-hydrated and your sugar in control helps a lot.

Leg cramps are just a sign that your body needs gentle care. Stay positive, drink plenty of water, stretch your legs lightly before sleeping, and trust that your health will improve.

Yes, those midnight cramps are the worst! Since we have to skip sugary desserts, try having coconut water instead, it helps balance your electrolytes and stops those painful leg twists.

Haan beta, sugar badhne se pairon ki nas khinchti hai aur dard hota hai. Tum raat ko sone se pehle pairon ki thodi tel se malish kar liya karo, bahut aaram milega.

My dad gets these crazy leg cramps at night because of his diabetes. His doctor told us it is due to poor blood circulation. Keeping a warm heating pad nearby helps him a lot.
