Does diabetes cause breathing issues?

Sometimes I get a little breathless, even with light activity. I have diabetes, and I'm wondering if this condition can lead to breathing problems.

Last month, when my sugar shot up to 350, I started feeling heavily short of breath. It turned out to be mild DKA. I recovered after hospital treatment, so please take breathing issues seriously.

Actually yes yaar, extreme high sugar can cause Diabetic Ketoacidosis which makes you breathe heavily. It is a major medical emergency, so please don't wait at home if you are struggling to breathe.

Haan bhai, bilkul ho sakti hai. Sugar jab bohot zyada badh jati hai toh body me acid banne lagta hai, jisse saans lene me takleef hoti hai. Aap isko halke me mat lena, thik hai na?

Stay positive and keep your faith. While breathing issues can happen due to high sugar imbalance, getting immediate medical care is the right path. Take care and stay calm.

Listen to me, breathing difficulty is not a minor thing to ignore. High sugar can affect your heart and lungs, so please go to a clinic or hospital immediately. We will make sure you get well soon.

Do not try home remedies like steam inhalation if you have breathing issues and diabetes. This can be a sign of a serious heart issue or DKA. Go to a hospital emergency room immediately.

I know how terrifying it is when you can't breathe properly. I panicked so much when it happened to my father. Please don't go through this anxiety alone, get him checked by a doctor right away.

Yes, it can. I track my heart rate and oxygen levels daily. Severe high sugar can lead to rapid breathing, so if your levels are off, seek medical help immediately.
