Does dairy cause cancer?

My neighbor was saying that drinking milk and eating dairy products can actually cause cancer. It sounds a bit extreme to me, but I'm getting older and want to stay healthy. Is there any solid evidence that dairy causes cancer, or is it just speculation?

There is absolutely no conclusive scientific evidence that dairy causes cancer. Most of these claims are spread by unverified internet blogs. For any real medical concerns, always consult an oncologist or a certified dietitian rather than trusting social media.

I have spent years trying different natural diets for my health, and dairy in moderation never caused me any harm. The key is to consume pure, unadulterated milk and make fresh curd at home. Don't stress too much over these scary online rumors.

In Ayurveda, pure milk is considered nourishing for the body when consumed correctly. If you practice daily pranayama and lead an active lifestyle, natural dairy is easily digested. It is the highly processed dairy products with chemicals that we should avoid.

Bro, my gym trainer told me milk causes cancer and I got so scared! But then I researched and found out it's completely fake news. We have been drinking milk for generations, so don't believe everything u see on Instagram reels.

Please don't focus too much on these food myths while ignoring real body symptoms. I once ignored regular indigestion thinking it was just due to milk, and it turned out to be a severe gallstone issue. Get regular medical checkups done to stay truly safe.

My grandmother always said that buttermilk is the best medicine for the stomach. While there are many modern debates online, my family doctor also confirmed that moderate dairy intake is healthy and safe. Trust your doctor's word over internet panic.

As someone who recently finished cancer treatment, I asked my oncologist this exact question. He clearly told me that normal consumption of dairy is completely safe and does not cause cancer. Focus on eating a balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables instead.
