Does creatine help with sleep deprivation?

My work schedule means I often don't get enough sleep, which affects my gym performance. My trainer suggested creatine might help with recovery even when I'm sleep-deprived. Does creatine help with sleep deprivation by improving physical recovery?

I read some research saying creatine can help your brain function a bit better when you are sleep-deprived, so I tried it during a busy work week. Honestly, it helped slightly with cognitive fatigue, but nothing replaces actual, real sleep. Don't use it as a permanent substitute for rest!

Creatine won't magically solve sleep deprivation. If you are constantly tired, instead of buying expensive supplements, get a basic blood panel done first for around 800 rupees. Often, it's just low vitamin D or B12 causing the exhaustion.

Maine bhi suna tha ki creatine dimaag ko fresh rakhta hai jab neend poori na ho, haan? Thoda farak padta hai energy mein, par bad mein crash ho jaoge agar soye nahi toh. Sleep is sleep, bro, uska koi replacement nahi hai.

There are some scientific studies showing creatine can support brain energy during severe sleep deprivation, but it is not a cure. If you are struggling to sleep regularly, please focus on sleep hygiene or consult a healthcare professional. Taking care of your rest is very important.

I was researching this yesterday because of my night shifts. Some articles say creatine helps the brain handle lack of sleep, but most experts suggest it's only a temporary boost. Has anyone actually tried it for night shifts? I'm curious if it really works.
