There is no connection between creatine and cancer at all. If you want to be extra safe about your overall health, just get a yearly preventive health checkup from a local lab. It costs around 1000-1500 rupees and gives you complete peace of mind.

I completely understand your anxiety; I also used to Google every single supplement and panic about extreme diseases like cancer. But please be assured, creatine is one of the most thoroughly tested supplements and there is absolutely no link to cancer. You can breathe easy.

My family was very worried when I bought creatine, thinking it was some dangerous chemical. But our family doctor explained it is perfectly safe and doesn't cause any such severe diseases. Trust the medical experts, not rumors.

As someone working in healthcare, I can tell you there is no scientific evidence linking creatine to cancer. It is naturally produced in our muscles and liver anyway. Just take the standard 3-5 grams daily dose and you are good to go.
