Does creatine causes cancer?

My aunt is very against me taking any gym supplements, saying they're all unnatural and can lead to serious diseases. She specifically warned me about creatine, saying it causes cancer. Is there any truth to this?

There is no scientific proof that creatine causes cancer, but if you have any existing health issues, you must be careful. I had major health complications by self-prescribing supplements in the past. Always discuss with a doctor before starting anything new.

Creatine is just an organic compound naturally found in our bodies. There is no need to fear such extreme diseases from it. Eat fresh ghar ka khana, practice simple pranayama daily to keep your mind calm, and don't worry too much.

My elders always tell me to stay away from white powders and stick to natural foods. However, I consulted my doctor who assured me that extensive research shows creatine does not cause cancer. It is completely safe if taken in normal limits.

Arrey nahi bhai, creatine se cancer nahi hota. It is one of the safest supplements out there, haan? Bas fake brands se bach ke raho aur dher saara paani piyo, sab normal rahega.

True, there is absolutely no link between creatine and cancer. Just buy from a trusted, certified brand to avoid any adulteration.
