Does creatine cause erectile dysfunction?

I've been thinking about trying creatine for my gym performance. However, I stumbled upon some online forums where people were discussing it possibly causing erectile dysfunction. Does creatine cause erectile dysfunction, or is this just misinformation?

I am a bit shy to ask this, but does creatine really have any side effects on male health? I want to start gymming but I got scared after reading some comments online. Please let me know if there's any truth to this.

Not at all! Creatine has absolutely nothing to do with ED. It only helps with muscle energy and strength during workouts. Stay positive, keep lifting, and don't believe these weird internet rumors!

My son was also very worried about these rumors when he started lifting. I sat down with him and we did some research together. There is absolutely no scientific connection between creatine and erectile dysfunction. It is a very safe supplement.

While creatine itself doesn't cause ED, sometimes low-quality or fake gym supplements are laced with anabolic steroids which can cause serious sexual health issues. If you are experiencing any symptoms, please don't feel embarrassed and consult a doctor immediately.

Bhai, bilkul bakwas baat hai yeh. Creatine ek natural compound hai jo body me banta hai aur gym supplement ki tarah safe hai. Yeh ED wagera ki afwaahon par dhyan mat do, bas dhang ka brand kharido aur mehnat karo.

Beta, modern supplements are often hard to understand. It is always better to stick to natural strength-building foods like ashwagandha, milk, and almonds. If you feel any weakness or health issues, stop these powders and focus on traditional home remedies.

Please don't worry. There is no clinical study that links creatine to erectile dysfunction. It is a very well-researched supplement and completely safe for men.
