Does creatine affect your kidneys or liver?

I'm new to taking supplements and want to be careful about my health. I've heard general warnings about supplements affecting organs. Does creatine affect your kidneys or liver in any significant way?

Haan na, sab log bolte hain creatine se kidneys kharab hoti hain, but it's not like that if you are healthy. Just drink lots of water, ho na. If you already have some kidney issues, then definitely avoid it and consult your doctor.

I was also super scared about this before starting my fitness journey! But honestly, creatine is one of the most thoroughly researched supplements. As long as you stick to the recommended 3-5g dose and stay well-hydrated, your kidneys and liver will be totally fine.

If your doctor allows, combine your gym routine with 30 minutes of light walking or outdoor sports. Creatine won't harm your liver or kidneys if you are highly active and flush out toxins by drinking enough fluids every day.

For girls with PCOS, our bodies are already dealing with hormonal imbalances, so we have to be extra careful about what we put in. While creatine is generally safe for organs, it's best not to take high doses. Keep it simple and listen to your body.

I always tell my family to get a kidney function test (KFT) and liver function test (LFT) done before starting any gym supplements. If your baseline reports are normal, creatine is safe. But please ask your doctor clearly to analyze your reports first.
