Does cranberry juice help you sleep?

For the past few months, I've been struggling with my sleep cycle. I read somewhere online that cranberry juice might have properties that help promote better sleep. Is there any truth to this, or should I look for other remedies?

I wouldn't advise drinking cranberry juice before bed, especially if you have high blood sugar. Most packed juices have sugar which can cause a spike at night and actually ruin your sleep. Better to have a warm cup of sugar-free chamomile tea instead.

Hey, don't stress too much about finding special juices for sleep! I don't think cranberry has anything that helps with sleep anyway. Just put your phone away an hour before bed and listen to some light music, you will sleep like a baby.

The only way cranberry juice will help you sleep is if it bores you to death! Jokes aside, it's quite sour and might actually give you late-night acidity. If you want a good sleep, try switching off your office laptop on time for once!

I didn't know people drank cranberry juice for sleep, actually. Does it contain melatonin or something? I am also having trouble sleeping because of exam stress, so let me know if anyone has actually tried this and got benefits.

I know how frustrating it is when you're staring at the ceiling at 3 AM wishing anything could make you sleep. I tried cranberry juice too out of desperation, but it didn't help my insomnia. It gets better, just try to build a calm routine and speak to a counselor if stress is keeping you up.

Honestly, it doesn't help with sleep at all. It is better to try some warm milk or just stay away from screens before bed.

I read online that the high acid content in cranberries can cause acid reflux when you lie down, which might actually disrupt your sleep cycle. I get so anxious about minor health issues, so I always double-check. Maybe stick to warm water or some milk to be safe?
