Does cranberry juice cleanse your liver?

Trying to incorporate healthier drinks into my diet, and someone told me cranberry juice is great for liver cleansing. I want to make sure it's not just a fad. Does cranberry juice really help to cleanse the liver?

I was looking into this too because I constantly worry about my liver health. From what I read, cranberry juice doesn't actually cleanse the liver, but it has good antioxidants. Just make sure you don't buy the sugary ones as sugar is actually bad for the liver.

Nature has given us a wonderful liver that detoxifies itself daily. Instead of looking for quick cleanses with juices, just practice deep breathing and eat pure, fresh vegetarian meals. Stay positive and take care.

Haan na, people sell so many 'detox' ideas these days! Actually, the liver cleans itself, no juice can do that. Cranberry is good for urine infections, but for liver, simple home-cooked food is best, na.

As someone managing PCOS, I have to be very careful with juices because of insulin spikes. Cranberry juice won't cleanse your liver and packaged ones have too much sugar. Focus on high-fiber food and consult a dietician.

I asked my doctor at Fortis about these liver cleanses. He laughed and said there is no scientific basis to cranberry juice cleansing the liver. If you want to support your liver, ask your doctor for a proper liver function test first.

Bro, cranberry juice is for bladder health, not liver. I drank it for a month and saw no change in my health. Save your money and just drink lemon water and cut down on beer.
