Does cranberry juice clean your liver?

Heard a lot about detoxifying the liver, and a friend mentioned that cranberry juice can help cleanse it. Is this true? Can drinking cranberry juice actually help clean or detoxify your liver?

Listen brother, there is no magic juice that cleans the liver. Cranberry is good for your bladder, but for the liver, you just need to cut down on alcohol, sugar, and oily foods. Keep your diet simple.

Honestly, I tried drinking unsweetened cranberry juice for a week thinking it would detox my liver after party season. It did absolutely nothing except taste super sour. Just stick to clean food and hit the gym instead.

Don't buy into these 'liver detox' or 'cleansing' juice trends you see online. The liver doesn't need external juices to clean itself. If you suspect any liver issue, get an LFT test done and consult a proper physician.

I used to panic about 'cleaning' my liver after reading scary articles online. But after talking to my doctor, I realized our liver is an automatic cleaning machine. Cranberry juice is just a refreshing drink, not a medical cure.

My husband tried various self-proclaimed detox juices including cranberry, but his fatty liver issue actually got worse because of the hidden sugars in packaged juices. Please don't rely on these and consult a gastroenterologist for proper treatment.

Cranberry juice has good antioxidants, but medically speaking, your liver cleans itself. I track my daily nutrition and hydration on my fitness app, and honestly, just drinking enough water and eating balanced meals is the best way to support liver function.
