Does covid cause chest pain?

Along with a cough and general weakness, I also feel a dull ache in my chest sometimes. My doctor said it could be a post-COVID symptom. Is chest pain a common issue after having COVID?

Yes, covid can cause chest discomfort due to coughing or muscle soreness. Please take deep breaths and consult a doctor soon so they can reassure you.

Yes, it can, but chest pain can also be a sign of a serious heart issue. Please go to an emergency room immediately to get it checked.

May God give you strength and healing. Please do not suffer in silence or worry at home; chest discomfort requires immediate professional medical attention. Stay positive, keep your mind calm, and let a doctor examine you today.

Hey, stay calm. While severe coughing during covid can make your chest muscles really sore, any real chest pain or tightness is a major red flag. Please don't ignore this; get in touch with a doctor or head to a hospital right now to rule out any lung or heart issues.

Haan babuji, covid me chhati me dard toh ho sakta hai, par isme bilkul laparwahi mat baratna. Aap turant kisi bade doctor babu ko dikha lo aur chest ka checkup karwa lo, apna khayal rakho.

Oh god, I had mild chest tightness when I had covid and I literally panicked thinking it was a heart attack. It turned out to be just heavy gas and muscle pain from coughing, but please go see a doc right away so you don't stress yourself out like I did.

I once ignored what I thought was gastric chest pain during a viral illness and it ended up being a severe lung infection that required hospitalization. Please learn from my mistake. If you have chest pain, drop everything and go to a hospital emergency room immediately.
