Does copper help with pain?

My grandmother always used to tell me that wearing copper helps with pain, especially in the joints. Is there any truth to the idea that copper helps with pain?

When my son had growing pains in his legs, people suggested copper bracelets. Honestly, they didn't do anything for his pain. Gentle warm oil massages and proper hydration worked much better for him.

I wore a copper Kada for my wrist pain for three months thinking it would heal the ache. It made no difference at all. I finally went to a physiotherapist, and within two weeks of exercises, my pain was completely gone.

I have heard people say drinking water from a copper vessel helps with joint inflammation. Is that actually true, or is that also just a traditional belief? I'd love to know if anyone has felt a real difference.

I was looking this up online because my grandmother wears a copper ring for her joint pain. Scientifically, there is no real clinical proof that copper absorbs through the skin to reduce pain. It seems to be mostly a placebo effect.

In our times, we believed keeping water in a copper pot overnight and drinking it in the morning keeps the body healthy. It may help with general digestion and strength. But for severe joint pain, you must use proper pain-relief oils or consult a doctor.

Hamare gaon mein log copper ka kada pehente hain dard ke liye. Par sach bataun toh jab tak doctor ki dawa nahi khao, tab tak aaram nahi milta. Aap kisi achhe doctor ko dikha lijiye.

There is no strong medical proof that copper heals pain. It is better to rely on doctor-approved therapies and standard medicines for relief. Take care.

Currently awake searching for back pain remedies. Honestly, my copper ring hasn't done anything to help me sleep tonight. A hot water bag is the only thing saving me right now.

Copper has been respected in our culture for holding positive energy and purification. While it may bring mental peace and comfort, physical pain often needs medical attention. Keep a positive mind and consult a healthcare professional.

Let's be real, wearing copper rings or bracelets won't cure your pain. It's just a fashion or traditional thing. If you are hurting, go see a doctor or do some stretching instead of buying expensive copper bands.

Haan na, copper utensils are good for storing water, but directly pain relief nahi hota usse. For joint pain, we should use warm sesame oil massage. Dr. ki advice le lo agar pain bohot badh gaya hai toh.

Please don't delay proper treatment by relying on copper bands. My sister tried using copper therapy for her knee pain, which delayed her diagnosis of severe arthritis. Please get a proper checkup from an orthopedic doctor early.
