Listen, don't blindly buy expensive tubs expecting a miracle cure. It can give some mild relief to your joints, but it won't fix arthritis completely. Take care of yourself and don't skip your main medications.

Haan, thoda relief toh milta hai stiffness mein. My uncle tried it and he felt some change in his knees. But doctor se consult karke hi start karna, na?

If only collagen could make my creaky knees sound less like an old door! Jokes aside, it does help lubricate things a bit, but don't expect to run a marathon overnight. Give it some time to show minor effects.

I completely understand how frustrating and painful joint issues can feel, it really makes you worry about the future. I felt the same way before looking into collagen. It might offer some comfort, but definitely speak to a specialist so you feel secure about your treatment plan.

Some studies suggest type-II collagen can support joint cartilage health, but the clinical evidence for arthritis is still mixed. Since arthritis requires targetted treatment, it's highly recommended to discuss this with your rheumatologist before starting any supplement.
