Yes, many doctors say moderate black coffee helps reduce fat in the liver. Just avoid adding sugar and heavy milk. Take care of your health.

My husband was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver recently. His doctor actually recommended having 1-2 cups of black coffee daily because it has antioxidants that help. We also started daily walks and cut out processed food, which made a huge difference.

I also got diagnosed with fatty liver on my last health checkup and I am so anxious about it. Does black coffee really help, or is it just a temporary trend? Please let me know if anyone saw actual improvement in their ultrasound reports.

For fatty liver, coffee can be a good supportive drink due to its polyphenols, but your overall diet is what matters. Focus on high-fiber vegetarian foods, cut down on simple carbs like white rice and sugar, and keep your coffee plain.

Bro, black coffee definitely helps with fatty liver, but you can't just drink coffee and keep eating junk. I reversed my grade 1 fatty liver by hitting the gym, drinking black coffee before my workouts, and completely cutting out sugar.

Agree with others, black coffee is clinically proven to help reduce liver stiffness. Just make sure to get a proper liver function test (LFT) done every six months.
