Does coffee detox the liver?

I've been hearing a lot about liver health recently. Some articles suggest that coffee can actually help detox the liver. Is there any scientific backing to this, or is it just another health trend?

No, coffee doesn't detox your liver. Only your liver itself can detox your body, though coffee has some protective antioxidants.

Nahi babu, aisa kuch nahi hai. Purane zamane se hum log dahi aur lassi peete hain pet saaf rakhne ke liye. Coffee toh bas dimaag ki thakan door karti hai, isse liver saaf nahi hota hai.

Agar coffee se liver detox hota, toh hum jaise roz teen cup peene waale sabse swasth hote! Ye sab internet ke nuskhe hain bhaiya. Bas limited piyo, khush raho, aur liver ko apna kaam khud karne do.

I love my coffee and it is great to know it has antioxidants that are good for liver health. But let's be real, a cup of coffee won't undo those heavy biryanis and oily snacks! We still have to eat balanced foods to keep our liver happy.

Bro, there is no shortcut like drinking coffee to wash away a bad diet or weekend drinking. I used to think black coffee would magically clean everything, but my doctor told me only drinking less alcohol, eating clean, and working out actually helps.

I totally get it, we are always looking for easy ways to keep our inner organs healthy and clean. While coffee does help lower liver enzymes and inflammation, it cannot act as a direct filter or detox. Keeping a simple, low-fat diet is still the best way.
