Does coffee aggravate arthritis?

My joint pain from arthritis seems worse some days, and I'm trying to figure out triggers. Sometimes after my chai, I feel a bit more discomfort. Can coffee actually aggravate arthritis symptoms?

I was looking this up for my mom and found that results are mixed. Some research says the antioxidants in coffee might help, while other studies suggest too much caffeine can trigger inflammation. It seems to vary from person to person.

Beta, jyada coffee peene se sharir mein khushki badhti hai aur jodon ka dard badh sakta hai. Humare yahan toh log haldi doodh peete hain dard ke liye. Thoda coffee kam karke dekho, fayda milega.

At this age, even breathing seems to aggravate my joint pains, haha! But honestly, I noticed my knee pain is slightly better when I stick to just one cup of coffee instead of drinking it like water all day.

Actually yaar, too much coffee can dehydrate your body, and that isn't great for joint lubrication. If you have arthritis, maybe restrict it to one small cup daily. Hydration is key, so drink lots of water instead.

I get so worried when I read that coffee might increase arthritis inflammation, because I love my morning cup! Maybe you can try switching to decaf or cutting down to see if your joint pain reduces? Please take care of yourself.
