Does chobani yogurt cause cancer?

My wife and I are big fans of Chobani yogurt, and we eat it regularly. Someone at my office was talking about how certain foods can be carcinogenic, and I got a bit worried. Could Chobani yogurt potentially cause cancer?

I had some major gut issues recently and spent a lot of time talking to my clinical nutritionist. She actually recommended Greek yogurt like Chobani for my recovery because of the high protein and probiotics. It definitely does not cause cancer, it actually helps your gut heal.

I log Chobani in my fitness app almost every day for my protein macros. It is literally just strained milk and live cultures, which are great for your microbiome. No scientific study has ever linked high-quality Greek yogurt to cancer risk.

If you are worried about preservative chemicals in foreign brands, just set your own dahi at home using clean milk. It costs a fraction of the price and gives you complete peace of mind without any plastic packaging.

Yaar, who spreads these rumors? Greek yogurt is actually super healthy and has zero connection to cancer. I have it with my granola almost daily and it's totally fine.

I also read some weird article about plastic packaging and got super anxious about eating yogurt. But after researching properly, I found out it's completely safe and approved by food authorities. Try not to worry, it is just normal yogurt!

I eat whatever is in the fridge at 2 AM because of my terrible sleep schedule, and honestly, yogurt is the least of my worries. There is no way a simple tub of Greek yogurt is causing cancer. Don't let internet rabbit holes keep you awake like me.
