Does chiropractic help arthritis?

My knees have been bothering me a lot lately due to arthritis. Someone at my morning walk group suggested trying chiropractic adjustments. Does this kind of treatment actually help with arthritis pain and stiffness, ya it's just for back issues?

I once ignored my severe joint pain and tried random massage therapies, which actually made my joint damage worse. Don't make that mistake. Go to a rheumatologist first and get a proper diagnosis before touching any chiropractor.

Honestly yaar, chiropractic might give some temporary relief for back stiffness, but it doesn't cure arthritis. Actually, it can be a bit risky if they pull or crack your joints too hard. Better to stick to a good ortho doctor.

I am too tired to even stand straight, let alone let someone crack my back like a dry twig. If you have arthritis, that cracking sound might just be your bank account emptying out for zero relief. Go see a real doctor, please.

For mild joint stiffness, I always prefer gentle hot oil massage or turmeric milk. But for proper arthritis, chiropractic care can be risky for fragile bones. You must see an orthopedic doctor to get a safe treatment plan.

Please be very careful. Aggressive spinal adjustments can cause severe complications if you have active joint inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis. My doctor strictly advised me against it and recommended gentle physical therapy instead.
