Does chamomile tea help you sleep?

Off late, I'm finding it very difficult to fall asleep at night. I've tried everything from reading to meditation, but nothing seems to work. Does chamomile tea help with getting good sleep?

I struggled with severe insomnia for almost a year. Chamomile tea definitely helps, but only if you combine it with keeping your phone away 30 minutes before bed and keeping your room pitch dark. Don't rely on the tea alone; fix your screen time first and you will see amazing results.

While chamomile tea is great for winding down, physical tiredness is what actually triggers deep sleep. Try incorporating a 30-minute brisk walk in the evening, if your doctor permits, and then have this tea. The physical exertion combined with chamomile works like a charm.

I tried using chamomile tea and various herbs for months to fix my sleeplessness, but my condition only grew worse because I actually had sleep apnea. If you have been struggling to sleep for a long time, please don't just rely on home remedies. Consult a proper sleep specialist before it affects your heart health.

Chamomile has a very gentle, calming energy that relaxes the nervous system. I usually advise having a warm cup of this tea followed by 10 minutes of deep Bhramari Pranayama. This beautiful combination works wonderfully to prepare your mind for deep, restful sleep.

I hope you are doing okay, sleep issues can make us worry so much about our health. I spent hours researching chamomile tea because I was scared of side effects, but it is actually very safe and mild. Just start with a light cup tonight, take deep breaths, and don't stress yourself out too much.

I have suggested chamomile tea to so many people in this community over the years. It is a time-tested option that safely relaxes your muscles. Just drink it warm about 45 minutes before you want to sleep, and make sure you do not add any sugar or heavy sweeteners to it.
