Does chamomile tea help with stomach pain?

Since last few weeks, I'm getting a lot of stomach pain and acidity, especially after meals. Someone told me that chamomile tea can be good for digestion and can help with this. Is this true?

It can definitely help soothe mild stomach cramps because chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties that relax the digestive muscles. It is great for general bloating or mild gas pain. But look, if the pain is severe or sharp, please don't just rely on tea and go see a doctor.

My doctor told me that chamomile acts as a mild digestive relaxant, which is why it helps with mild IBS symptoms and spasms. However, she specifically warned me that it won't help if the pain is due to something like acidity or an infection. Always track when the pain starts to understand the cause.

In our household, we always look to natural herbs first for simple digestive issues. Warm chamomile or ginger tea is very gentle on the stomach and safe for most people. Just drink it warm, not too hot, and see if it eases the discomfort. If it does not improve by tomorrow, then proper medical advice is necessary.

Bro, I had terrible stomach cramps last week after eating outside food. I drank a strong cup of chamomile tea and it actually settled my stomach within an hour. It is pretty good for that heavy, bloated feeling. Definitely worth keeping a box in your room.

Honestly, do not just trust everything you read online about herbal teas curing stomach pain. A stomach ache can be due to anything from simple gas to appendicitis or severe food poisoning. It is much safer to consult a qualified doctor rather than trying self-treatment at home.
