Does cbd cream help with pain?

I have persistent knee pain from an old injury, and painkillers don't always help. My daughter suggested trying a CBD cream. Does CBD cream help with pain, and how effective is it for localized relief?

I used a CBD-infused balm last month for my neck stiffness, and honestly, it gave me nice temporary relief. It doesn't cure the root cause but definitely helps soothe the area.

Don't blindly buy these expensive CBD creams online thinking they are magic. Most of them are just marketing gimmicks; consult a real orthopedic doctor for actual pain management.

With my busy schedule, I don't have time for long physiotherapy sessions. CBD cream worked okay for my minor muscle aches, but for any severe pain, getting a doctor's diagnosis is much faster and safer.

Actually, it does help a bit with local swelling, yaar. I rubbed some on my sprained ankle and the burning feeling reduced quite fast.

I have seen many people in our group try CBD creams for joint pain. It works well for mild soreness and gives comforting warmth, but please do not ignore chronic pain and see a doctor if it persists.
