Does cancer cause cysts?

I recently discovered a small cyst on my arm, and it has me a bit worried. I know cysts can be harmless, but I'm also thinking about more serious possibilities. Can cancer cause cysts to form in the body?

Usually, cysts are non-cancerous fluid-filled sacs. Cancerous lumps are mostly solid, but get an ultrasound to be sure.

I am new here and don't know much about this, but I have a small cyst on my wrist. Does anyone know if cysts are mostly harmless, or should I get a scan done soon?

I had a big cyst on my back last year and thought it was something bad. Went to the doc, he just drained the fluid and said it is 100% benign. Most cysts are just harmless skin stuff.

Actually, cysts are totally different from tumors, yaar. Don't stress out thinking every bump is cancer. Just show it to a family doctor once and clear your mind.

According to the health library on my tracker app, benign cysts are incredibly common and rarely linked to cancer. However, tracking any changes in its size is important. Better to log a doctor visit on your calendar just for a quick check.
