Does braggs vinegar help with arthritis?

My arthritis pain has been quite severe lately, and my wife suggested trying Bragg's apple cider vinegar, saying it has anti-inflammatory properties. Does Braggs vinegar actually help with arthritis, or is it just a myth?

There is no clinical proof that Bragg's apple cider vinegar cures or helps arthritis. If you are dealing with joint pain, don't delay proper treatment. See an orthopedician or rheumatologist to get a realistic medical solution.

I know how exhausting it is to live with constant joint pain, it really drains you emotionally. I tried Bragg's vinegar out of desperation, but it didn't help my arthritis at all. Please consult a doctor so you get real relief.

May you find relief from your pain soon, beta. While home remedies like apple cider vinegar are popular, they cannot replace medical care. Stay positive, keep doing gentle stretches, and consult a doctor for guidance.

My knees have been hurting a lot lately and I am terrified it's arthritis. Has anyone actually tried Bragg's vinegar and felt any real difference in pain? Or should I just go straight to a specialist?

Hey, don't stress too much about your joint pain! Bragg's vinegar might have some general health benefits, but it's not a proven cure for arthritis. Definitely go see a doctor to get a proper treatment plan.
