I totally get it, worrying about heart health can make anyone extremely anxious. BP can actually go high due to pain and panic, or it can drop dangerously low.

It can go either way, honestly. If someone is having chest tightness and sweating, don't sit and measure BP, just call an ambulance immediately.

Yes, it can shoot up like crazy or plummet down. If your chest feels like an elephant is sitting on it, please don't wait for your BP machine to show a reading, just go to the ER.

Instead of guessing about BP changes, it is cheaper and safer to keep a basic health insurance ready for emergencies. Any sudden heart symptoms need immediate hospital care.

For daily health, we must drink warm water and eat garlic to keep BP normal. But remember, if there is a severe heart emergency, no home remedy will work, you must go to a doctor.

I once panicked thinking my high BP was a heart attack, but the doctor reassured me it was just anxiety. Still, sudden heavy chest pain is a serious medical issue that needs a proper checkup.
