Does beet juice help with erectile dysfunction?

Been having some issues with erectile dysfunction lately, and it's quite concerning. My wife read somewhere that beet juice might help. Is there any truth to this claim for ED?

Beetroot juice can improve circulation because of nitrates, but combining it with regular cardio is key. If your doctor allows, try 30-40 minutes of brisk walking or jogging daily. Good cardiovascular health is the best natural way to improve blood flow throughout the body.

At my age, everyone suggests some juice or herb for everything! While beetroot juice has nitric oxide which helps blood flow, it is not a magic cure for ED. Don't expect miracles from a glass of juice, better to talk to a proper doctor and get checked.

I can't give medical advice, but I started drinking beetroot juice daily for my stamina and general health. It did make me feel more energetic overall, but for any specific issue like ED, it's best to consult a professional rather than relying on diet alone.

Please don't make the mistake I made by trying to cure physical symptoms with home remedies like beet juice. ED can sometimes be an early sign of heart issues or diabetes. Go get a proper blood test and checkup done immediately; ignoring it only makes things worse.

Honestly, I tried beetroot juice for a few weeks because of online hype, but didn't see any massive change. It is good for stamina in the gym, but if you have actual ED issues, it's better to consult an urologist or sexologist directly instead of drinking juices.
