Does batman sleep?

I'm fascinated by characters like Batman who seem to operate with very little sleep. It makes me wonder about how little sleep a person can actually function on without getting sick. Is it even possible to be healthy with such minimal sleep?

I was actually reading some comic lore about this! He apparently uses micro-naps or polyphasic sleep to survive on just 2-3 hours of sleep. In real life, doing this would completely ruin your health and brain function, haha.

I used to work 18-hour night shifts thinking I was Batman, and it destroyed my physical health. No one can survive without 7-8 hours of proper deep sleep. If you are struggling with sleep, fix your screen time and maintain a strict bedtime routine.

It is a fun comic topic, but remember that rest is so important for everyone. Even fictional heroes need a break, and so do you. Sleep well tonight.

If this is a metaphorical way of asking about chronic insomnia or staying up all night, please don't take it lightly. When I had sleep issues, I went to a specialist at Max Hospital who helped me. You should consult a doctor clearly about your sleep cycle.

I always thought he stayed awake all night protecting the city. But how does his body recover from all the fights without proper sleep? Is polyphasic sleep actually a real thing that people do?
