Does atorvastatin cause muscle pain?
After starting Atorvastatin for my high cholesterol, I've been experiencing persistent muscle pain, especially in my legs. Is it possible that Atorvastatin causes muscle pain as a side effect?

I go to Max Hospital and my doctor explicitly warned me about muscle pain when starting Atorvastatin. He told me to report any unusual leg soreness immediately as they might need to check CPK levels in the blood. Please ask your doctor clearly about this instead of ignoring it.

Dekho, agar Atorvastatin khane ke baad se naya muscle pain shuru hua hai, toh seedhe doctor ke paas jao. Yeh dawa ka asar ho sakta hai aur isko ignore nahi karna chahiye. Doctor dusra brand ya kam dose de denge, darna nahi hai.
