Does aspartame cause cancer?

I try to choose diet sodas and sugar-free products to avoid sugar. Most of them contain aspartame. My mother recently heard a scary rumour that aspartame can cause cancer. How true is this, should I stop consuming it?

In our daily yoga path, we believe in keeping our food as pure and natural as possible to maintain positive energy. While health organizations say aspartame is safe in small amounts, it is still a factory-made chemical. Transitioning to natural sweetness from fresh fruits is always a gentler choice for the body.

The World Health Organization has classified aspartame as 'possibly carcinogenic,' but only in extremely high daily quantities that normal people don't consume. If you have any personal health concerns or metabolic conditions, please verify with your physician to see if you should avoid it altogether.

I am trying to learn more about food additives as I want to buy sugar-free squashes. Is aspartame really safe for daily use, or should I look for products with stevia instead? I would appreciate any gentle guidance.

I read a scary post about aspartame and cancer last week and now I'm terrified of even chewing sugar-free gums. Does anyone else get this anxious about daily food items, or am I just overthinking? It is really hard to know what is actually safe anymore.

Look, if you drink one diet soda once in a while, nothing is going to happen. The cancer warning is for people who consume huge amounts of it daily. Don't worry so much, just don't make it a daily habit and keep your diet simple.

Managing high BP has taught me that worrying about every small ingredient does more harm than good. Aspartame is generally declared safe by food authorities in normal amounts. Focus on keeping your weight down, staying active, and getting your regular blood work done.

Why worry about chemical sweeteners like aspartame when we have simple home alternatives? Just use a tiny bit of mishri or organic jaggery in your tea. It's much cheaper, completely natural, and saves you from all this unnecessary internet confusion.
