Does arnica help arthritis?

My joints have been aching a lot lately, and I suspect it might be arthritis. My neighbour suggested trying arnica cream for the pain. Does arnica actually help with arthritis discomfort?

Dealing with chronic conditions is so hard, I know from my PCOS journey. I have heard some people say Arnica gel helps soothe temporary joint pain, but it might not cure actual arthritis inflammation. It's best to be cautious and get a doctor's opinion.

Arnica ointment pain relief ke liye acchi hai, haan na. My mother-in-law uses it on her knees when they ache in winters. But it only gives temporary relief, for long term you must consult an orthopedic doctor.

Arnica is wonderful for relieving external muscle soreness and light joint stiffness. Along with it, gentle joint-loosening exercises (Sukshma Vyayama) and daily deep breathing can greatly reduce arthritis pain. Keep your movements soft and natural.

My grandmother uses Arnica gel for her knee pain and says it gives temporary relief, like a soothing cooling effect. But honestly, if her pain is really bad, she still has to take her regular meds prescribed by her doc.

I can only share what worked for my dad. He has osteoarthritis and applying Arnica gel twice a day did help reduce his daily stiffness to some extent. However, it didn't replace his prescribed medical treatment.
