I was diagnosed with prediabetes six months ago and tried drinking ACV daily. Honestly, it didn't do much for my fasting sugar levels. My levels only returned to normal when I completely cut out sugar and started running daily.

My dad started drinking this super sour vinegar every morning hoping to drop his sugar levels. It didn't do anything but give him bad acidity, and he ended up having to increase his regular doctor-prescribed medicine anyway.

Managing sugar levels requires a gentle and holistic approach. Rather than introducing harsh acids like vinegar to your system, try practicing Mandukasana and daily pranayama. Eating high-fiber, simple meals will keep your body in balance naturally.

I tried taking ACV for my fitness goals and tracked my blood sugar out of curiosity. It barely made any difference to the numbers. Just focus on lifting weights and eating less carbs, that actually works.

I totally get it, managing diabetes is a daily struggle and it is natural to look for any extra help. But please don't force yourself to drink harsh vinegar if it upsets your stomach. Your overall well-being and doctor's advice are what matter most.
