Too much of anything is bad for the kidneys. While some say cider vinegar helps, excess acid is not good for the body. Drinking plenty of plain, clean water throughout the day is the best traditional way to keep your kidneys clean.
Through my years of yoga practice, I have learned that maintaining a natural internal balance is key. ACV is highly acidic and excessive use can stress your system. Practicing Kapalbhati and drinking regular coconut water is much more gentle on your kidneys.
There is no strong proof that apple cider vinegar causes kidney stones when taken in moderation. Just drink enough water daily and try not to worry too much about it.

When I had a kidney stone last year, the urologist at Kokilaben Hospital strictly advised me against trying random vinegar therapies. He said it can alter urine chemistry in unpredictable ways. Please consult a proper specialist before taking ACV for your kidneys.
