Does appendicitis pain come in waves?

Since yesterday, I've been getting these sharp pains in my stomach that feel like waves, then they ease up a bit. A relative mentioned it might be my appendix. Is it true that appendicitis pain can come in waves?

Yes, it can definitely feel like waves of cramping at first, which is why I foolishly tried ajwain water and heating pads thinking it was just a stomach upset. None of those home remedies helped once the wave became a constant, sharp pain. Save your time and don't rely on home tricks for this.

Oh, it absolutely comes in waves, like a bad Bollywood drama! One minute you think you are totally fine and ready to eat, and the next minute you are doubling over on the sofa. If your stomach is playing these wave games with you, go get it checked before the wave crashes completely.

Yes, it can start as waves of dull pain around the stomach before settling on the right side. Please rest and don't press your stomach too hard to check. It is best to have a doctor examine you soon to be safe.

Yes, the pain can fluctuate in waves initially as the appendix contracts. This kind of sudden, unpredictable pain can also spike your blood pressure due to stress. If you are experiencing this, avoid strenuous activity, check your vitals, and consult a physician immediately.

Haan na, it comes like sudden cramps and then stops, so we feel everything is fine now. But after some hours, the pain becomes very sharp and moves to the lower right side. Better to consult a doctor instead of waiting for the next wave to hit.
