Does aloe help psoriasis?

I've been dealing with psoriasis for years, and it's quite frustrating. I'm looking for natural remedies. Does aloe vera help psoriasis, maybe by soothing the skin or reducing inflammation?

I tried putting fresh aloe gel on my dry patches during exams when my skin flared up. It didn't cure it completely but it definitely stopped the crazy itching for a few hours. Super cooling and cheap to try, honestly.

Pure aloe vera gel directly from the plant is amazing for soothing dry, red skin naturally. But psoriasis can get quite painful and spread, so please don't rely only on home remedies. Go see a skin specialist for a proper treatment plan.

I totally get it, the constant scaling and irritation can make you feel so helpless. Applying organic aloe gel did ease my burning sensation quite a bit. Sending you lots of strength, hope you find some relief soon.

Be very careful before applying fresh aloe on open skin, as some people can get allergic contact dermatitis. It is always better to get a dermatologist's opinion first. Psoriasis needs systematic medical management, so don't self-treat.

Haan na, the itching can get so annoying sometimes. Fresh aloe vera really cools down the burning feel on the skin, but it is just temporary relief. Proper checkup is necessary for long-term control, please consult a doctor.
