While you look at soap options, remember that skin health starts from the inside. Eating a clean diet with plenty of water and avoiding inflammatory foods can make a big difference for eczema.

Eczema is so frustrating and can really affect your confidence when you have flare-ups. Be very gentle with your skin; sometimes these natural soaps can be too drying and make the itching worse.

Trying to find the right soap for eczema is like dating, you have to try a few before you find 'the one'! Just don't scrub too hard or you'll end up looking like a tomato.

For skin issues like eczema, keeping the body cool through sheetali pranayama can be very soothing. African black soap is good, but pure virgin coconut oil is also wonderful for keeping the skin hydrated naturally.
