Does advil help with stomach pain?

I have a persistent dull ache in my stomach today, making me quite uncomfortable. I was thinking of taking some Advil. Does Advil typically help with general stomach pain?

Please avoid taking Advil for stomach pain. It is an NSAID and can actually irritate your stomach lining further, especially if you have acidity. Stick to warm mint tea or ajwain water instead.

Do not take Advil for gastric or abdominal issues, it can cause ulcers which will cost you a lot more in medical bills. Better to consult a local GP for a 50-rupee antacid or generic stomach spasm tablet.

Don't just trust people saying 'yes' on the internet. Advil is notorious for causing stomach irritation and acidity. Always verify with a proper doctor before taking painkillers for stomach-related pain.

Stomach pain can be due to many reasons, from gas to appendicitis or gallstones. Popping Advil without knowing the cause is risky. Please visit a clinic to get a proper diagnosis for safety.

It is generally not recommended for stomach aches. Just lie down, try drinking some warm water, and see a doctor if the pain is severe.

Stomach ache ke liye Advil mat lo, gas ban jayegi bohot bhyankar. Isse accha Pudina Hara le lo ya fir ek hing ka paste bana kar pet par lagao, sasta aur best ilaaj hai.

I tracked my food and symptoms on an app and realized NSAIDs like Advil always trigger my reflux. For abdominal pain, it's safer to avoid it. Try tracking your diet to see if certain foods are causing the pain.
